What sort of materials do you usually use?

As a mixed media artist, I literally use any kind of tools and materials, starting from colored pencils, markers, pastels and paints, be it watercolor, gouache or acrylic. To be specific, I use my trusty Faber-Castell Polychromos and Prismacolor colored pencills, Copic markers and multiliners. For the medium, basically I use any kind of sketch paper I could grab but I prefer the ones that are acid free and soft textured (or hot pressed for watercolor). I'd love to try more mediums and materials, however, any recommendation? :)

How long do you normally finish one work?

Well it all depends on the amount of my spare time, the size and complexity of the drawing itself, and my current mood, whether or not I feel inspired to make a progress. On average, I could spend around one to two weeks creating a piece of A5 sized artwork, or even more. That doesn't mean I spend every hour completing my illustrations though, maybe only around 1-4 hours in total per day, you do the math. But if I lost my vision for the drawing while in the middle of working, I might postpone it until I regain my vision, which can take up to a year or so.

When did you first become interested in drawing?

Back to my very first encounter with a pencil, I was three or so years old at the moment. Since then, I've been drawing constantly as a hobby. I hadn't thought of pursuing it as a career until I reached the age of 12, but now that I understand that art, particularly drawing, is the reason behind my existence, I decided to dedicate my whole life for art. In conclusion, I'm not simply interested in drawing, I am made for it.
